While OnePlus CEO Pete Lau is beginning indirectly the next smartphone of the brand, whose presentation could occur around June, the assumed characteristics of OnePlus 5 are appearing on the Chinese social network Weibo.
They complement and slightly change the expectations expressed in previous rumors by staying on a 5.5-inch Full HD display but offering a SoC SnapDragon 835 associated with 6 GB of RAM with 128 GB of storage space.
The OnePlus 5 would have a dual photo sensor on the back, with a vertical layout, while the fingerprint reader would stay in the Home button.
The smartphone would have a solid 3600 mAh battery, with an improved recharge time of 25% compared to the current OnePlus 3T. Besides the USB Type-C port, the presence of a 3.5 mm jack is not confirmed at this stage.
